I'm Marcia Nicole, an educator, educational consultant, curriculum developer, college professor, speaker, podcast host, and founder of Ispyr to Educate. For more than 20 years, early childhood education has been the foundation of my work. Today, that work stretches across early learning, kindergarten, elementary education, and postsecondary classrooms.
I created Ispyr to Educate because educators deserve professional learning that sees the whole person and respects the realities of the work. I design and facilitate workshops, keynotes, and curriculum-focused learning that bring research and lived experience into conversation. We make room for honest reflection, practical tools, educator wellness, and the question that matters after any session: What will we do differently when we return to practice?
As an RECE, OCT, MPEd, and PhD student, I bring experience from classrooms and college teaching into every learning space. I want educators and leaders to leave feeling seen, supported, and ready to take one meaningful next step together.
